Power Coatings’ Silroof is a newly developed coating for economical permanent waterproofing to roofs and gutters.
Based on silicone technology, Silroof is a fibre reinforced single component coating that adheres to most roofing substrates. A single coat with a thickness of 1mm will last in excess of 10 years.
On non porous surfaces Power Coatings Silroof will disperse surface moisture and as long as the substrate has been cleaned and is sound an excellent bond will be made to the substrate.
Silroof is very effective in waterproofing, sealing and consolidating fibre cement and asbestos cement corrugated roofs.
Silroof is very flexible and can accommodate significant movement as is often found in steel or aluminium gutters.
